Share in this journey with a collaborative donation and advertise in our journals that will be reaching 290 potential college aimed African American families. Join us in our campaign to showcase the sometimes underestimated but Always Audacious Pocono Ques!

Our chapter’s growth and ongoing dedication to social justice, equity, and academic achievement. Our history, particularly our engagement in critical societal issues has been evident in our response to the George Floyd murder the Starbucks racial profiling, as well as continued efforts to support young black men in pathways to college education and community support. This underscores our continual leadership and commitment to positive change.

Alpha ETA was started on a transcendental evening at ESU

Alpha Eta, was initially established in the civil rights era as the first black Greek-lettered organization at East Stroudsburg University. It was able to spread its influence to Lafayette, Lehigh, and Bloomsburg Universities.

In 1992, AH expanded to Bloomsburg University under the guidance of six dedicated undergraduate students. Our growth, audacity and perseverance have impacted the 2nd District and energized the Omega Psi Phi National Fraternal body. This impact continues to this day with our 50th anniversary aiming to redirect our vision strongly to 50 to 100 more years!

We also appreciate the additional support from Our lovely Que E. Omega Essence and Que Ettes from 1973 to 2023. Omega respects Womenhood and acknowledges their work and contribution to the building of the Alpha Eta legacy.

We are thrilled to host the Anniversary Gala on September 6, 2024, at 312 Woodland Road, Mount Pocono, PA, an adult-only hotel/resort. The evening promises to reflect our rich history and a celebration of our future aspirations.

Your presence at this significant event would be a testament to the lasting impact of Alpha Eta and a celebration of the enduring bond between our chapter and the university community.
We sincerely hope you can join us for this memorable occasion, celebrating with the administration, faculty, students, and alumni of Bloomsburg University.

Thank you for considering this invitation. We look forward to possibly celebrating with you.
